At Ohio Mulch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return labels provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
